Hi everybody, I am looking for a successor of my current apartment. Of course the landlord will make a new contract with the new tenant.

There will be agent fee !

Here are the informations:

Golden Center, the highest building in Ningbo, 24h security guards, entry only with key card. Flat has 2 levels, downstairs big kitchen, separate room for washing machine and storage, one bathroom and big living room. Upstairs to the right one small bedroom, in the middle big bedroom with bathroom and master bedroom with bathroom!

Washing machine (can also dry the clothes) and refrigerator are SIEMENS brand. All furniture was bought new last.

The rent is 6.500 RMB per month.

I know Steve and I've seen the flat...really good! It's difficult to find this kind of apartmanet in Ningbo...really high level: the sobriety of the furniture...everything with a really tasteful design.
