Hello, How are you Ningbo ren? Well I'm in Wenzhou. I've been here 3 months. I'm going crazy? I like money but this place is insane...There's nothing to do. I'm open to almost anything: no mountains please!! dances classes, salsa, merengue,tango, rumba, Chinese opera ( peking), western opera, jazz, live music, I want to sing, arts, fishing evem local theatre, traditional Chinese dance, history classes... Anyways, I want to come to Ningbo shopping, meeting people, eat o! I forgot: SHOPPING. ;D Chinese classes 5 times/week! please if you know any chinese teachers in Wenzhou, please, s'il vous plait, por favor... let me know. ps" If you are a FOREIGNER in Wenzhou and would like to do stuff, walking, shopping, eating, travel inside and outside of China... please free to get in touch with me. deessesolei@hotmail.com Thanks TOW

I guess you already know about www.mywenzhou.com and the Blue Shell bar. During my time in Wenzhou, there was nothing to do, I almost went crazy. Even Blue Shell doesn't get busy during the week - only weekends. And the foreigners in Wenzhou seemed clannish and unfriendly.

yea!!! that's Wenzhou. Blue Shell is smaller than my living room. The owner and his wife are AMAZING ! the Foreigners I met were very angry. ( I think they got that way from being here, they are not angry people normally) It is not a foreigner friendly place. Yes, I know about mywenzhou.com.. thanks

hi i know the feeling, i was in wenzhou for about 5 months. however there are a couple of other places there one is called la luna which is run by a mexican callled jorge and he makes burger and chips for 25rmb you can get directions from evert who has the blueshell as he is a part owner in this bar
then there is the brass monkeys run by chris who is canadian and his wife kiko who is chinese. if you email edward he can give you the address in chinese his email is eamcs@msn.com
hope you meet more there as not all of them are angry

OMG!!!! ;D I came to ningbo for a few days. You guys are so lucky. 1- to have each other 2- Just to be there. I met so many people Hi Mary u tha star, Rachel, Praveen, Mannie, Zoe! I had a wonderful time. I think I'm going to start looking for a job in Ningbo. I love it. They people are so happy, friendly, polite. Ra I didn't get to see you, but I'll keep in touch.
