No..I'm not an insider...although I sent enough business customers to both places to be able to say what I'm saying. I like the Sheraton.I work out there 3x week...but the food (buffet and service apts need help)
And anyplace that changes names as much as the Portman/shearaton does is confused! Don't they still have portman logos everywhere?
You know how many of my customers got screwed on airline miles/hotel points b/c of the UNsmooth transition...not cool...
for a 5 star--their customers service lacks...
that's all! Again...i still go there for fitness and the occassional meal...but I won't stay there anymore...nor will i refer my biz customers there..
